Torpedowce – tak czy nie? Propozycja
Zgodnie
z obietnicą zrobiłem „przymiarkę” do ewentualnego torpedowca. Raport załączam
poniżej.
Ponieważ
wg moich założeń ma to być okręt na wskroś ofensywny, główny nacisk położyłem
na szybkość i uzbrojenie torpedowe. Dlatego też artyleria i uzbrojenie pop są
słabiej rozwinięte. Niezbyt imponujący jest też zasięg, ale jednostka jest
przeznaczona wyłącznie do działań na Bałtyku i to z wyłączeniem Zatok Fińskiej
i Botnickiej. Udało się uzyskać zaskakująco dobrą (jak dla okrętu tej wielkości
i rodzaju) dzielność morską. Martwi trochę słaba wytrzymałość konstrukcji, a
więc i odporność na trafienia, ale nie można mieć przecież wszystkiego.
Niestety
okręt nie okazał się tani, wpływ na to mają stosunkowo potężne urządzenia
napędowe.
Jeśli
chodzi o koncepcję użycia, to jednostka byłaby przeznaczona przede wszystkim do
zwalczania nieprzyjacielskiej żeglugi i atakowania dużych okrętów, na
południowym i środkowym Bałtyku. Ogólnie pełniłaby rolę „wielkiego ścigacza
torpedowo-artyleryjskiego” z uboczną funkcją zwalczania OP.
Zanim
podejmę decyzję, co do ewentualnej budowy tego typu, oczekuję na opinie.
