Trałowce typu Nr.5 1922-1923 (4 jednostki)
Aby poprawić w niderlandzkiej MW
mizerny stan sił przeciwminowych, podjęto decyzję o budowie czterech nowych
trałowców. Pod względem wielkości, jednostki te można sklasyfikować jako trałowce bazowe. W porównaniu do już eksploatowanych trałowców typu Nr.1 (1918), okręty nowego typu są
wyraźnie większe, znacznie szybsze i lepiej uzbrojone. Całą seria powstała w
stoczni Rotterdamsche Droogdok Maatschappij
(RDM).
Poniżej opis techniczny okrętu.
Kadłub
Stosunkowo wysokie burty, zapewniają bardzo
dobre właściwości morskie.
Napęd
Dwa kotły olejowe RDM w jednej
kotłowni oraz dwie maszyny parowe potrójnego rozprężania Burgerhout w jednej
maszynowni.
Uzbrojenie
- 1xIx75/55
P1920, przy elewacji maksymalnej 45o donośność pociskiem HE 6,50
kg wynosi 16000 m;
- 1xIIx13,2/62
P1919, przy elewacji 45o donośność pociskiem HE 0,05 kg wynosi
7000 m, a przy elewacji maksymalnej 85o donośność pionowa tym samym
pociskiem wynosi 4080 m;
- 30
min.
Podczas wykonywania prac trałowych,
miny magazynowane są pod pokładem. Istnieje możliwość opcjonalnego, zamiast min,
montażu dwu zrzutni bomb głębinowych z zapasem 12 bg oraz instalacji szumonamiernika.
Opancerzenie
Maski dział 75 mm posiadają grubość 13
mm.
Inne
Okręt został wyposażony w dwie
radiostacje krótkiego zasięgu.
