Teraz moja ocena projektu. Jednostka jest pewną wariacją okrętów typu Sewastopol. Rezygnacja z jednej wieży 305 mm pozwoliła na zamontowanie znacznie silniejszego napędu oraz poprawę opancerzenia. Przewidziany na Morze Czarne okręt, będzie chyba najsilniejszą jednostką na tym akwenie. Tylko turecki (ex-niemiecki) Yawuz Sultan Selim mógłby nawiązać z nim w miarę równorzędną walkę.
