Kolejny w naszej flocie krążownik minowy. Wprawdzie z zasady do kolonii wysyłam starsze jednostki, ale z uwagi na większą prędkość i zasięg, tym razem Neptun powędruje na Belitung, a nie starszy Posejdon. Oczywiście w razie konfliktu poza Bałtykiem, Posejdon także zostanie wysłany do kolonii.
Prezentowany okręt jest dość szybką jednostką o sporym zasięgu. Uzbrojenie jest wystarczające dla jednostki tej klasy i wielkości. Opancerzenie jest wprawdzie symboliczne, ale daje przewagę w starciu z lżejszymi okrętami wroga. Mimo znacznej prędkości, Neptun wykazuje się zupełnie przyzwoitymi właściwościami morskimi. Wszystkie tory minowe znajdują się wewnątrz kadłuba, co daje pewien komfort obsłudze.
