Niderlandzkie ścigacze okrętów podwodnych typu R7 1941 (9 jednostek)
Druga generacja niderlandzkich
ścigaczy okrętów podwodnych. W porównaniu do swoich poprzedników (typ R1, post z dnia 30.04.2023), są znacznie
większe, nieco silniej uzbrojone, tylko nieznacznie szybsze, ale o dużo
większym zasięgu. Ich zadania są typowe dla okrętów tej klasy; patrolowanie,
wykrywanie i zwalczanie OP wroga oraz eskortowanie, głównie w żegludze
kabotażowej.
Wszystkie jednostki buduje stocznia Burgerhout's Machinefabriek en Scheepswerf w Rotterdamie;
trafią one do Dowództwa Obszaru Metropolii.
