Okręt desantowy typu BD-1 1929 (2 szt.) i kuter desantowy typu KD-1 1929 (6 szt.)
Zgodnie z
wcześniejszymi zapowiedziami, przedstawiam dziś dwie jednostki desantowe. Są
to: mały okręt desantowy typu BD-1 i
kuter desantowy typu KD-1. Ponownie
chciałbym zaznaczyć, że budowa tych jednostek nie oznacza początku tworzenia
jakiejś armady desantowej. Wykorzystując istnienie w naszej flocie
transportowca ścigaczy Tarnica, zdolnego również do transportu innych małych
jednostek, przedstawiane okręty będą użyte do zbierania doświadczeń w
operacjach desantowych i szkolenia żołnierzy piechoty morskiej, którzy będą
mogli stanowić trzon przyszłych oddziałów amfibijnych. Proszę więc traktować te
jednostki wyłącznie jako eksperymentalno-treningowe.
Wracam do
opisu, najpierw kuter.
Mały
okręcik przeznaczony do wyrzucenia na brzeg pierwszego rzutu desantu. Zabiera
na pokład 80 żołnierzy lub 25 t ładunku. Wyładowanie wojska odbywa się przez
opuszczaną furtę dziobową. W przypadku desantu taktycznego na tyły opartego o
morze frontu, kuter dociera na miejsce akcji o własnych siłach. W przypadku
desantów na odleglejszych wybrzeżach, konieczna jest „pomoc” większego okrętu.

Teraz mały okręt desantowy.
Okręt przeznaczony do wysadzenia na brzeg drugiego rzutu
desantu. Zabiera na pokład 160 żołnierzy lub 60 t ładunku. Wyładunek wojska
odbywa się po umieszczonych po obu stronach dziobu opuszczanych trapach. Zasięg
umożliwia samodzielny udział w operacjach na obszarze Bałtyku, na większe
odległości musi być przewożony.

Ponieważ okręty desantowe są dość specyficzne (zmienne
zanurzenie, nieproporcjonalnie duży w stosunku do wyporności standardowej
ładunek, nietypowe kształty kadłuba itd.), Springsharp zupełnie sobie z nimi
nie radzi. Wobec czego dopuściłem się „ręcznej” ingerencji w raporty
(wyporność, zanurzenie, moc maszyn, zapas paliwa).
