Stawiacz min typu Nereusz 1937 (1 szt.)
Okręt,
który ma zastąpić na Bałtyku przeznaczony do „upłynnienia” krążownik minowy Posejdon (CM-3 1919). Mimo, że nie jest
to „krążownik minowy”, może jednak postawić całkiem dużą liczbę min.
Początkowo planowałem
większą szybkość i słabsze uzbrojenie, ale ponieważ i tak jednostka ta nie
byłaby w stanie uchylić się przed atakiem np. niszczyciela, to „żyłowanie”
prędkości o 2-3 w nie miało sensu, lepiej (i łatwiej) było wzmocnić uzbrojenie.
Standardowy zapas min
to 200 szt., ale przy maksymalnym wykorzystaniu pokładu górnego, okręt może
przyjąć i postawić ich nawet 216. W przypadku pozbawienia jednostki wyposażenia
minowego, można na nim zamontować dwie zrzutnie bg z zapasem 48 bomb.
Nereusz charakteryzuje się świetnymi własnościami morskimi; umożliwi mu
to w razie potrzeby akcje również poza Bałtykiem.
Sylwetka okrętu jest
raczej nieciekawa, wysoka i „pękata” w rzucie z góry, ale jest to skutkiem
dostosowania do założonych zadań.

przygotowuję się na odpieranie zarzutów :). Wybaczcie mi ewentualne błędy, aby „zwodować” tę jednostkę
zrezygnowałem ze snu – to już ponad 31 godzin czuwania!
