Stawiacz min typu Nereusz 1937 (1 szt.)

Okręt, który ma zastąpić na Bałtyku przeznaczony do „upłynnienia” krążownik minowy Posejdon (CM-3 1919). Mimo, że nie jest to „krążownik minowy”, może jednak postawić całkiem dużą liczbę min.
Początkowo planowałem większą szybkość i słabsze uzbrojenie, ale ponieważ i tak jednostka ta nie byłaby w stanie uchylić się przed atakiem np. niszczyciela, to „żyłowanie” prędkości o 2-3 w nie miało sensu, lepiej (i łatwiej) było wzmocnić uzbrojenie.
Standardowy zapas min to 200 szt., ale przy maksymalnym wykorzystaniu pokładu górnego, okręt może przyjąć i postawić ich nawet 216. W przypadku pozbawienia jednostki wyposażenia minowego, można na nim zamontować dwie zrzutnie bg z zapasem 48 bomb.
Nereusz charakteryzuje się świetnymi własnościami morskimi; umożliwi mu to w razie potrzeby akcje również poza Bałtykiem.
Sylwetka okrętu jest raczej nieciekawa, wysoka i „pękata” w rzucie z góry, ale jest to skutkiem dostosowania do założonych zadań.
Więcej nie piszę; przygotowuję się na odpieranie zarzutów :). Wybaczcie mi ewentualne błędy, aby „zwodować” tę jednostkę zrezygnowałem ze snu – to już ponad 31 godzin czuwania!

Usprawiedliwienie

Przepraszam za kilkudniowe milczenie; spowodowane było to moimi obowiązkami służbowymi, kolidującymi - niestety - z obowiązkami "blogowymi"
W najbliższych 2-3 dniach zamierzam "wrzucić" dwa posty, w tym jeden z nowym okrętem. Potem chyba znów nastąpi kilkudniowa przerwa, spowodowana tym razem bardzo pracochłonnym przygotowaniem następnego okrętu; ten to Was dopiero zaskoczy!
Z góry dziękuję za wyrozumiałość.

Krążownik typu Giżycko 1937-1938 (4 szt.)

Po długich i ciężkich bólach porodowych, narodził się wreszcie duży krążownik. Ponieważ okręt ten został „przebadany” już wcześniej, (vide tabelka) ograniczę się tutaj do niezbędnych informacji.
W miejsce planowanych 2XIVx40 mm, wprowadziłem 4xIIx40mm. Przy utrzymaniu ogólnej tzw. „gęstości ognia”, układ ten umożliwia zwalczanie większej ilości samolotów jednocześnie. Stanowiska te są dostosowane do ewentualnego przyszłego montażu zestawów IVx40 mm.
Moim zdaniem, okręt wyróżnia się stosunkowo niską i zwartą, prawie gładkopokładową sylwetką; to wielka zasługa Waszych uwag, zgłoszonych na etapie projektowania! Mnie (subiektywnie) okręt wizualnie bardzo się podoba.
„Uparłem się” przy dobrych (znakomitych?) własnościach morskich;  to jest okręt „oceaniczny”, a więc…
Kończąc rysunek, „zgubiłem” gdzieś 1 piksel (czyli ok. 0,15 m); wybaczcie, ale na zarzuty w tej kwestii nie będę odpowiadał!
Przewiduję działanie tej jednostki w składzie eskadry krążowników (1xGiżycko + 2xTarnopol), jednakże nie wyklucza to innych zastosowań operacyjnych.
Załóżmy spotkanie tej eskadry z np. japońskim (i samotnym) Kongo; wystarczy podzielić eskadrę (Giżycko  biorący na siebie ogień głównej artylerii npla + dwa lekkie krążowniki dążące do ataku torpedowego),  a efekt jest prawe „murowany”
