Ścigacz torpedowy typu ST-53 1938 (12 szt.) i ścigacz artyleryjski SA-15 1938 (3 szt.)

Piąta i ostatnia generacja ścigaczy tej linii rozwojowej, która według mnie wyczerpała już swoje możliwości. Następne ścigacze będą budowane zgodnie z inną koncepcją. Przy znacznie mniejszej wyporności będą słabiej uzbrojone, ale mam nadzieję, co najmniej równie szybkie.
W porównaniu z jednostkami poprzedniej generacji, prezentowane okręciki są nieznacznie większe, szybsze, a także mają lepsze własności morskie. Również lepiej rozplanowano przestrzeń wewnętrzną oraz uwspółcześniono wyposażenie radionawigacyjne. Uzbrojenie pozostało bez zmian.
Ciekawostką może być to, że ścigacze te budowane były w trzech różnych stoczniach; w Ustce, Pontus Regius (Pemba) i Rabaulu (PPTR).
Wraz z wejściem do służby tych jednostek, wycofane zostały: Wilk (MGB-3 1924) oraz Chart, Bulterier, Dog, Doberman, Gryfon, Husky i Jamnik (MTB-5 1924-25). Najlepiej zachowane: Wilk, Gryfon, Husky i Jamnik zostały sprzedane na Litwę, a pozostałe złomowane.
Nowe okręty bazują: jeden dywizjon (1xSA + 4xST) na Bałtyku, drugi na PPTR, a trzeci w Namibii.

Podwodny stawiacz min typu Płetwal 1938-1939 (5 szt.)

Ostatni nasz okręt tej podklasy pochodzi z roku 1925, dlatego uznałem, że pora już na nowsze jednostki.
Prezentowany podwodny stawiacz min charakteryzuje się bardzo dobrymi – jak na okręt podwodny – własnościami morskimi. Prędkości nawodna i podwodna nie są może imponujące, ale w tym przypadku uznałem te parametry za nie najważniejsze. Mimo znacznego obciążenia (miny), dzięki zaawansowanym technologiom budowy kadłuba, jego wytrzymałość jest co najmniej zadowalająca.
Pewnie znowu pojawią się uwagi na temat „masywnego” kiosku, lecz pragnę zwrócić Waszą uwagę na bardzo hydrodynamiczny jego kształt. Profil mocno wydłużonej „kropli” daje niewielkie opory i nie dajcie się tu zwieść szerokim w widoku z góry pomostem – to tylko ”czapka” nad głównym korpusem.
Uzbrojenie artyleryjskie jest typowe dla okrętów podwodnych moich projektów tej wielkości. Niewielka stosunkowo ilość torped wynika z poważnego obciążenia okrętu minami.
W przeciwieństwie do podobnych okrętów innych flot, tutaj miny nie są stawiane z tzw. studzienek kadłubowych, ale poprzez wyrzutnie rurowe, podobnie jak u realnego Wilka z roku
1931.
Głównym przeznaczeniem okrętu jest skryte stawanie min na akwenach oddalonych od baz macierzystych. Niemniej uzbrojenie torpedowe umożliwia również prowadzenie akcji podobnych do tych, które są zadaniem klasycznych okrętów podwodnych.
Okręty tego typu będą stacjonowane w naszych bazach zamorskich.
